BHAC’s creative programs provide real-world training and mentorship across media, technology, and the arts. Every offering is rooted in equity, access, and cultural storytelling.
Mural
Workforce
Academy (MWA)
Hands-on mural training for emerging artists.
Participants learn to create public art using mineral-based paints, while gaining professional development, financial literacy, and mentorship. Artists are paired with seasoned muralists to learn on active walls, not in classrooms.
Paid mural work and project-based learning

Open to artists of all skill levels (ages 16+)
Bridge Academy Movement (BAM)
Youth-led storytelling and radio broadcasting.
BAM trains students in audio production, podcasting, interviewing, and scriptwriting. Youth produce and air content on KQBH 101.5FM, sharing real stories from the neighborhood.
