OUR VISION
We advocate for diversity in the creative arts, media, and technology industries by building inclusive workforces that reflect Los Angeles across ethnicity, age, gender, and socioeconomic status. Guided by principles of workforce development, culturally relevant pedagogy, trauma-informed, arts-based engagement, and self-care, we offer youth workshops, seasonal classes (ages 3–24), and professional development for adults.
